I have recently moved to Ihla Sao Jorge in the Azores. The views from my house are to die for. The house comes with a 3 vineyards and fruit orchards in addition to the cultivated vineyards, there are vines growing wild around the house and gardens.
It is 28th of May today and my vines are mostly growing very vigorously. I am new to every aspect of wine making.
