I’m currently making a Winexpert tempranillo. I’m done with fermentation and considering adding oak cubes. Any thoughts on adding oak to Tempranillo? If so what kind would you recommend? Thanks
Yes, that’s exactly what I did. I marked all my fermenters with permanent markers. I’m not making this mistake again. I ended up ordering the same kit again and put the two kits together. Thanks
I actually added more than 1 liter too much more like 4. I already order another kit. Can I just keep what I have mixed up and cold till the kit arrives? Or would it be better to freeze it?
I mistakenly added 1 liter too much water to my RJS Pinto Grigio kit. Can I put that juice and water in the frig and order another kit and mix the two when I get the new kit? I need suggestions. Thank you!
I’m sorry for your loss! I had a fire once that burnt down half of my house. It a lot of work to recover from. Make sure you write down all your losses while it’s fresh in your memory for the insurance company. Best of luck to you!
