My wife and I started brewing and winemaking in 2008. We love to create different things - we don't see the point in trying to do similar things as the big commercial places. Some of my favorites are watermelon wine and banana wine - no grapes involved! We have a lot of brewing information and recipes on our website (free). Stop by, comment, ask questions.
