Hi, I'm fairly new to wine making. My kids (all grown and out of the house) bought me a wine making kit last June for my birthday and since then I've bottled a Riesling last Aug (only 6 bottles remaining), and have a Pinot Gris and Red Trinity in carboy's ready to bottle. WineXpert 1st kit. Trinity Red
I have had the Trinity Red aging in the carboy since December. I tried it last week and it is very nice. I'll be bottling it over the weekend along with the Pinot Gris that I made back in February. Now it's time to figure out what to make next...maybe a Merlot and a Gewurztraminer.- bt_overdrive
