    RJ Spagnols How long are kits good for?

    I'll be scoffed for sure - but I actually attempted a Chardonnay concentrate (not a kit) after finding the canned juice 7 yrs later. The juice was an amber color - believe it or not I just bottled 5 gallons as sweet Italian "Vin Santo" and it is great!

    Stuck secondary fermentation

    Freezing yeast

    I bought a batch of a dozen yeast strains in bulk. Does anyone know if they can be frozen for any legnth of time and used sometime later, without losing effectiveness?? Thanks, Bob S
