Back sweetening does not change the ABV. Just punch in the beginning and ending SG. Good job with the DB, Mark!

I thought everyone knew by now how this works. We can't do anything about shipping costs. If it's too much, then anyone who thinks so can drop out. I'd like everyone to stay in, but I would understand.

My DB comes out right around pH 3, so if you mix the batches after fermentation, they should balance out nicely. I bought a pH meter. Used it once to check my finished DB, and have yet to use it again. Taste is the real checker for me.
