Yeah, wineries & vineyards are 2 different things. There are plenty of both but none I see are selling grapes. The vineyards fall into 2 categories - a small vineyard making small batch wine or custom growers for the likes of Beckers or Llano

I've made several batches of FWK whites and I have never used the carbon. Basically, I don't care that my wine is amber. I agree with what winemaker81 had to say, it makes no difference other than the color, so it's really up to you.
If it's complete then treat it like Mr Carson does on Downton Abbey - decant each bottle through a fine sieve into a decanter.
Especially at dinner, a fine decanter of wine is always a pleasant sight.
Fancy cost money, how fancy can you afford to be? I'm happy with the matte white ones, labels come off reasonably well and if not then a short soak gets them off. Yeah, I wouldn't spring for $125 labels either.
