    What are Resisthaltes

Zero entries on Google or Duck Duck Go, therefore I have come to the conclusion there is likely no such word. I have found one article on using plant based proteins as a flocculant with bentonite...

An Interesting Observation With Breathable Bungs

In a barrel out in the wine shed - sure, in a plastic or glass carboy in a controlled temp environment - I wouldn't think so, unless your humidity is way low. I also use the breathable bungs and I see the level fluctuate with the pressure, but that's all.

    Crack 5 gallon carboy

Stress cracks can happen, eve with a slight bump. I broke a 6 gal by just dinging the side against another carboy. I'm in the process of moving to all plastic and no glass.

Britain gets pissed off over one of my pet peeves :-)

Oh I'll get back to doing stuff after it quits being so damn hot. Looks like by the middle of the month it might drop below 100, then the mornings will be cool enough to be back in the shop and some outside. Bought a new ZTR this year and the yard has been nearly dead ever since.

QA23 vs D47 for Whites (Chardonnay & Viognier)

I have used QA23 before, but I can not honestly tell you if it did anything for me. Never ran the side-by-side experiments to make the determination.

Britain gets pissed off over one of my pet peeves :-)

Here's the cure - don't buy fast food burgers. I realize there are local burger joints that still make a good burger, but homemade burgers are the best.

France will spend $216 million to destroy surplus wine

    Wine Making is Called "Vinting"

As opposed to 'vent', which refers to when one airs out their spleen.

    What R you doing today?

I've not seen it in the store, not saying it isn't there though. We have a garden and tried the red this year and it's been great. It turns back green as soon as you start cooking it.
