when making a kit it's always best to adjust the ABV in the primary that way you know what and where you would like to finish out, no matter what kit type, you cant rely on what was.

Try not to do to much , less is more .especially if it’s your first .

I actually bought fresh juice ( pure). And used it making a black currant cab , a couple of years ago and held on to a quart in the refrigerator,. Stiil good so I used it . You can also use the currant juice you can bybfrom most home brew stores.
