We used to have a few winemakers in our club, who did just that. They didn't care too much if other people thought there was too much, or not enough tannin, or acid, lack of bouquet, whatever. It was their wine, they enjoyed making it, and drinking it. Enough said! :D

Interesting discussion concerning alcohol levels. I was at a wine tasting in a wine cellar in Geisenheim Germany. We were told that they had an 8% Riesling under the flagstones that still hadn't reached its peak after 32 years. How they managed it, I don't know.🤨

I take Magnesium, it's supposed to help against getting cramp. I also had kidney stone trouble years ago. It's good to know it's helping against that. 👍:h
