    I agree with Craig I prefer to vacuum rack as it removes the CO2 out overtime and does not add any additional oxygen to the wine.

    What type of filtering element are you referring to ? Different ones work best with pressure vs vacuum or gravity. I personally like to polish my wine first then bottle
