I have Spagnols EP Amarone just bottled and sampling at bottling was great. This kit uses both skins and raisins. Early but I expect this one to be wonderful.

I have had this same problem and never got it remedied. Started using a different printer and it worked fine.

Great news. I have been taking a low dose aspirin for about a year now as per my Dr. recommendation.

Some of us use glass marbles which have been sanitized. I sometimes use similar wine but have started using the marbles recently.

I echo Robie's comment. I have this one in bottles and it's now a little over 2 years old. I can say that for mine it has now gotten very good. Even at 1 1/2 years it was a bit green.

My problem was a password issue. Username was there and I knew my password but it didn't recognize it after transfer so had to reset the password.

No topping up with water for me either.

Welcome Brian. First of all, congrats on the retirement. This will be a great hobby for retirement years. Interesting note on the kit from Costco. I guess my local Costco doesn't stock wine kits. Also beware that carboys multiply like rabbits so just be aware.
