The Black and Blue DB is progressing beautifully. The yeasties are fizzing along nicely. 😀 I went with 10 lbs of fruit because that's all that would fit in the fermenter 😁 So far the must looks, smells and tastes fantastic!

Hello all, Newbie question. Are chemicals available to stabilize wine without adding sulphites? I just found out a number of friends are sensitive to that. Thank you.
