One of my favorite Cooking programs lately is "Food Wishes" on YouTube featuring Chef John. This is his Miso Beef with Noodles dish. Perfect for cooking on a drizzly grey day. Basically beef chuck roast with BokChoy and bell pepper with Bucatini noodles. Lots of flavor.

Lori just bought us Tickets for Nov. at the Phoenix Footprint Center for Bruce Springsteen. Probably the only time we'll ever see him but it's kind of a bucket list show for both of us. This is pretty accurate.

Looks like NM got our left over snowstorm from yesterday. We had family from Mississippi visiting and they wanted to go over to Sedona for lunch. Also a pic from our deck.

Attempted to take our maiden voyage today, made it about 6 miles outside of town before the roof skin tore off. The previous to the previous owner said he had the roof replaced by a company that gave him a much better price than the local big RV dealer. Got what he paid for I'd guess. Insurance...

I had so much fun making my camera composite that I did my Winemaking Composite today. Separate photos of the cork, bottle, lugs, hammer head, background and me then photoshopped together.

On a purely lighthearted note I’ve decided I need some post retirement personal cards. Three or four versions based on hobbies starting with photography. Just need to figure what email I’m going to use and I can add the text. Wine and jeeps coming to a card soon.

Saw this recipe on The Kitchen presented by Katie Lee and Lori wanted me to give it a try. Basically it's a cinnamon roll dough recipe but the filling is cream cheese, scallions and everything bagel seasoning. Great brunch or dinner roll. I cut the recipe in half and ended up perfect for us. if...
