Yesterday was a dull and dreary day, rained all day (was supposed to clear up early afternoon), so did a long cook with some ground chicken I had to use up, made a ragú. Served it on some regular Rao's spaghetti, a salad and some garlic buns. Yum!

Some pizzas. Wet weather arrived pretty much on schedule, so fired up the oven on 525 convection and cooked a few pizzas. Only three of the five shown, but nothing spectacular, neopolitan crusts with a bit more water in the dough since most cooked about 7-8 minutes. Yum!

Yesterday was such a beautiful day...had to grill something. Got a small rack of ribs for less than $5, minimally seasoned with some salt and pepper. Used a snake in the Weber kettle w/hickory wood. Covered after 2nd image for an couple of hours, nice and tender, smelled like...bacon. Yum...
