    The Speidel 20L holds a bit over 6gals and the 30L holds closer to 9gals. Cheers!

    Sorry for that loss :-/ I've been Very Happy with Speidel vessels.... I use the 30L for fermentation and the 20L for bulk aging. Good Luck!

    Yeast Rehydration is good stuff

    Fermentation finished at .990 --- lowest I've ever had one go. The Moscato smells darn good ;-) Cheers!

    Other Protocol for creating Sparkling Wine via bottle carbing...

    Kicking off my secondary (sparkling) EC1118 yeast starter 2day. 8oz 100F H20 3T sugar 1t GoFerm 1pak EC1118 Will gradually be adding small amount of the base Moscato & sugar/FermaidO mixture till starter volume ~24oz. Settled on 12g/l of sugar in my base Moscato for this endeavor. Cheers!

    did my 1st TR313 yeast starter overnite -- 5g TR313 + 1t GoFerm + 3T sugar in 8oz 100F H20. It was Vigorous! (Much more so than my Allegro starter awhile back.) Cheers!
