    350L wine fermentation tub

    I ferment right in the tubs, this season they were 10 days in the tubs, before going dry .99 S.G. on the hydrometer. I than pump the wine into the Stainless Steel VC tanks and rack the gross lees off after 2 days. We yielded 217 gallons of wine from the 4 tubs.

    I fit 20- 36lbs lugs in a 350L tub,with room for the cap to rise, I have maxed it out at 22 lugs but its cutting its close with the cap rising and overflowing.

    Completed our Bottling for 2019 2 vintage Zin and Super Tuscan we ended up bottling 68 cases 26 cases of Super Tuscan and 42 Cases on Zin.
