    Ok, on day 12. I’ve noticed my sleep score (via Fitbit) actually has gone up. I usually drink my 2 glasses of wine between 8 to 10 and then go to bed. Do I need to start earlier so that I’m not drinking a glass and then going straight to bed? Just trying to figure out if it’s interfering with...

    Never tried vinters fruit bases so I can’t answer that. Sorry. I will tell you that I’ve made a minimum of 30 batches and the only one I’ve ever been disappointed in is their Niagara concentrate. It’s not the same as welches white grape.

    Oh and just a suggestion. Short the water. Only use enough to get to 4.5 gallons instead of 5. You’ll thank me later.

    If you drinking all yours by the 3 month mark then you’re not getting the best. Most need 6 to 12 months to really come around and at 24 months most will blow you away by the improvements.

    If it’s got a hole in it get a long toggle bolt that will go through the hole, the wings will flip out and give you some pulling power. But don’t let it go down inthe neck too far or you’ll be fighting to get it out too

    Oh yea you can keep it stirred, just let it thaw naturally, you’ll get more juice and a better flavor
