I know this is a little late in this post but I've just gotten back on. John my hubby has type 2 diabetes and has the exact same symptoms as you discribed when he misses meals.When young we can get by with 1 meal a day.As we age our body needs it broken up throughout the day to break it up in...- vernsgal

Wow it's been a while I guess since I've been on again.When did the site change? I'm lost lol. I did see this post and actually get to add to it. This was my 1st time helping at a winery. 1st we picked, then de-stemmed, then through the press. It was fun. I'm watching and taking notes now...- vernsgal

What R you doing today?
I've been out of the wine loop this year due to health, but today I decided to get back to my life and get on with my passions. So today I racked, bottled and stored my Pinot., Cab.Sauv and a Shiraz. I also picked up some mangos and peaches to freeze for my peach/mango wine. Guess I'm Back..lol- vernsgal
