    That looks good Rocky! I had to look up EVOO though lol My son inlaw does one similar except he uses broccoli.It sounds "wrong" but it's really quite good.

    When I was in Calgary , there was a liquor store I went in that had something similar. You put money on this card they have and you go to each of the wines,place your card in and it pours a sample for you.Each sample was $1. They even did it with some of their hard liquors.

    I did a 5G into 5 1G a few years back. The problem you may have is if your jugs are measured by gal and your carboy as liters. When I transferred mine into the 1 gal jugs it never equaled out and I was short on the 5th so I used that one for top ups.It is a fun way to try a bunch of different...

    Fruit Flies at Fermenter

    I find those once in awhile in my bungs on carboys. Better there than in wine! I honestly think they can't get through the bung. It's that time of year again. Everyone has to take extra care!
