    Heat shrink sleeves don't fit

You can get the shrink caps to fit. They're called flange caps. They're larger than the normal. In pic the purple/gold is flange and the black is a normal size. You can order them online I believe

Other Red kit good at 3 months

There are wine kits that say they're ready in three months .That's 3 months of aging of course not start to finish.Grand Cru's are said to be done in 3 months but I always give them 6.They have a Bergamais that's best drank early( or so it says) you could try.The mist wines are quick but very...

Here are a few pics my daughter took from their backyard of the Abbotsford airshow. We had a great time and the planes went right overhead. The sound of the jets were awesome!(unfortunately, scared the babies a little bit)

So today I slowly started adding the labels .I have 24 bottles,4 types to do.Just so I don't mix up the 2 whites or 2 reds I'm doing 1 at a time.Today I did the Riesling (I have decided to remove the labels rather than rebottle.More work but safer I think)

Thanks. Bottle shock I'm still not up to par on. I've read too many contradicting articles , so that is what I was most wary on.(truth be told, I'm wary on re-bottling, period)

Hahaha.I figured it would get some of these guys to at least look I might try soaking awhile in room temp water, scaping as much as possible and then glue new one on.I just wondered on rebottling because corks and caps aren't a problem.

    More sediment than wine?

Another clearing agent you can use is chitosan/kiesol. http://www.eckraus.com/kitosol-40.html I would let it sit a week or 2 first

I have some wine I'm giving to a friend for her family reunion. She asked if I could change the labels and put their family logo on it. I think it would be easier to just rebottle the wine and then label rather than trying to get old labels off with wine in bottles. Would this hurt the wine...
