I dry hopped a beer once for 22 days. I got called to work a week early. It was in the fermentation chamber, so at 62*. It turned out great. I worried for nothing. I have never used hops in wine.

I don’t have any that old... I made a tropical fruit wine that is pretty good. Taste is better than most commercial wine. But then I’m biased AND too cheap to buy much wine. Millions of years ago, I lived in Lompoc. SLO is just down the road. Have fun.
