    Some friends made it for wedding gifts at their wedding. We liked and made it. I gave a couple of bottles the the brides parents. The mother still has the empty bottle with my label on it. That was 3 or 4 years ago. It’s gaurenteed. You don’t like it, send the rest to my wife, she will. Cheers

    White Cranberry Pinot Gris is pretty good. My wife likes it. It needs a bit of an abv bump, taste is very nice. I’ve made it twice

    From the very little I know, it sounds like it’s a domesticated yeast. Developed in the lab. All yeast started out wild. That’s all I have for you. I need to get started on my first cup of coffee.

    Ha! Good memories. My first non kit wine was a pear. A friend gave me a box and a half of pears that were ripe to overripe. I barely had a clue. I ended up with 5 gallons of pear vinegar. Made lovely Christmas gifts. Cheers

    Dude... don’t even about throwing it out. I did a dried cherry mead. It wasn’t very good. I kept tasting it. Soon I only had 1 bottle tucked away. At 14 months, sniff, sniff. It was more than delicious. I use beer bottles. Have a designated test bottle. Take a taste, if it’s not good, recap it...
