    Fermenting 2 kits together

A couple of questions. I thinking of fermenting 2 kits of Island Mist Blueberry Pinot Noir in the same fermentation bucket. The question is do I use both packets of yeast ? When I go to stabilize do I add both packets of stabilizer? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks, Bakervinyard

I took 1 gallon to try making sparkling. I‘ll know in about a month. Made a second batch of Blueberry. Have a Island Mist Peach in...

@Kraffty, I'm a retired baker and the amount of protein in the flour makes all the difference. You want to use a flour with about 12% protein. Try checking out the manufacturers web site. You should be able to get the information there. On a positive note the breads i see on this thread look...

    Composite Decking

@BoatBoy, I replaced my deck boards with composite boards a couple of years ago. I had fir decking that was dry rotted. Heartstrings - got good and plucked!

Nothing like your own wine at a wedding. I made wine for my daughters wedding as favors. The guests wanted to know how many bottles they could take. I made a couple of dessert cakes also. Guess which ones were gone first, mine or the cake that came with the package ? Bakervinyard

@Ambugaton, If you use Hungarian oak for woodworking you could kill 2 birds with one stone. Lol, Bakervinyard. Seriously I'm in the same boat. I tried to polyurethane a learning tower for my grandson in my wine room a few weeks ago. The smell was unbelievable. The wife said its going to ruin...
