    Aisles

River rocks get very slippery over time from moss and mold. This would also be very uncomfortable to run the mower over. I would use them elsewhere either as a path or a retaining wall for a raised garden. They cost a small fortune to buy. You could always stack them up and sell them on Craig's...

    Sanitizing bottles

If you're hanging the bottles on a tree to drain the sanitizing part is not your issue. It's more likely you have too much meta in your wine to begin with.

Well if you want to make a small fortune you have to put on a big fortune. One new winery in erie just shut their doors temporally. How well do you know the market and what area are you looking to go into.

    Imploded carboy

Rock, Rocky, Rocky, would you do this to the windows in your house? Milk crates is the all around most useful solution. You could always line the inside of them with a garbage bag.

Taking the dog for a walk

A little girl asked her Mom, "Mom, may I take the dog for a walk around the block?" Mom replies, "No, because she is in heat." "What's that mean?" asked the child. "Go ask your father", answered the mother, "I think he's in the garage." The little girl goes to the garage and says, "Dad, may...

    RJ Spagnols Oak Spirals

The spirals are the best way to oak other than using a barrel. I add them as soon as I start aging. I use chips or dust during fermentation.

    Barrel labeler?

Attach ziplock bags on them and put your notes inside the bag. I just use masking tape.

    What R you doing today?

Glad to hear all is well. A big mess is easier to deal with than a missing roof or worse.

    Fermentation Room

I would not want to use a closed closet for my fermentation's due to the release of the CO2 in a small confined area.

    Dishwasher Bottle washer

I was picturing a 45 minute wash cycle like a regular dishwasher. Ten minutes is a different story. Is it possible to reuse the same water for several batches?

    What's for Dinner?

I started my Brisket on Thursday night not know if I was going to start smoking it on Friday night or Saturday morning. I smothered the entire brisket with yellow mustard, ground black pepper and Montreal steak seasoning. Then I put a heavy coat of brown sugar on it on all sides, then wrapped it...

    PVC shrinks
