    I have a mini jet...I soak my filters in solution of citric acid (as per instructions) aside from the good sani habits above.....that's all.... though I haven't found need for it with anything other than fruit wines ive made (peach and strawberry)....the grapes seem to clear fine with normal...

    If you can post a picture of the bottle I'm pretty sure I used that to back sweeten my peach which I had also made a little bit hot as far as alcohol content

    possibly buckets are a good starting point for you....that's where im at now....started with fruit wines which generally are bottled in a 6 to 8 months..now im onto buckets of juice, wont know how that turns out till this coming fall though...

    Soooooo, I think I'm gonna ask the wife for the vinmetrica malo tester for xmas.....anybody use one before? In better news my peach wine is ready to bottle...tasted good, had to adjust the ph a little...which changed a bit from primary ferment to now...but all good, just gonna wait as few more...
