Some water companies will sell used water carboys cheap. The company near where I live offers Spring water that is in Glass Carboys. You can get 5 Gallon or 2.5 Gallon carboys. They sell them for only $20!!!

I just purchased the CC Sterling White Shiraz California Reserve. Carboys are full at the moment. Plan to start this one around the 1st of the year. Sounds really interesting. Just want to know if anyone here has made this one before. If so, what do you think of it? Thanks! Matt

Gave the Carboy a few quick twists last night and that seems to have resolved the issue. I'm going to do it again the next two days can keep an eye out for any more sediment. Thanks again! Matt
