Linguini with pesto and lobster tail. Wine is WE LE Nebbliolo from 2013. This wine really came around in a couple years. Really was disappointed in it initially. Nothing like a couple years to bring a wine around.

so i think i will save the grape pack for the Triumph. That leaves the Neb with the raisins that came with it. I doubt i would leave them in more than four days or so. Or just 86 the raisins and order another grape pack? I havent added raisins in ages, kind of gor tired of the aftertaste...

I would absolutely read and post in a kit review area. Also i find bad reviews more helpful and honest than good reviews.

Just got the WE Triumph 16 ltr Washington blend. Came with no grape pack. But I do have the Mosti Meglioli Nebbliolo that has raisins and grape pack. I am not going to add both to the Neb so how do yall suggest I mix and match my juice/raisin/grape pack options? Nebblio grape pack or...

My 4 year old grand daughter is Antolella (translates Anthony's grand daughter) we call her Ella too.

When each were announced in utero I have started a kit of their parents choice and bottles at least one Imperial (8 bottles) for the Baptism.

My four year old grand daughter and 3 year old grand son both help stir.
