    update: it just dawned on me to use glycerin. The wine still had a fruit flavor, it is a little sharp tasting and it lost some body. I think (hope) glycerin will take care of those issues. I will let you know.

    I added too much water (I never use water but had to here) to top of some Dragon Blood and it has lost body/mouthfeel. I think I need to add acid. Can I add lemon juice or should I use acid blend or something else?

    Topped off with too much water, what to do?

    I made some Dragon Blood (also used several jars of blackberry Jam), thought I had cleared it and apparently did not. Racked it once and noticed that it had lots of gas. Lost a lot of wine due to it not being clear. Topped it off with a red wine. Tried to clear it with super clear. Did not clear...
