Other 2014 limited wine kits - what are you planning
I ordered two SA Cab/Shiraz and one Pinot Noir the other day. Then I discovered WE new Australian Shiraz that was announced the other day.....looks like I'll LOTS of big reds in a few years! Not complaining of course! Ive never made a Pinot, looking forward to it!- dswendell

Im also making this kit, going to bottle tmrw! I actually called WE about the extra headspace, all my other kits instructed me to top off with H2O but not this one. The WE representative said it was normal to be low for the 28 day period, but he did say if I wanted to do any bulk aging I needed...- dswendell
