WineXpert WIneXpert Riesling
After making one gallon batches from WE I finally made a 6 gallon batch Riesling. I thought it came out a bit thin and harsh. Will age in the bottle to see if flavor improves as well. My one gallon batches from WE turned out well. any thoughts?- alecia68

Hello from Central Texas
Started home wine making about 10 years ago and stopped due to a move and life. Recently got back into doing mostly WE kits. Discovered Jack Keller and started a gallon each of apple, peach and strawberry. Waiting for them to clear. Getting ready to bottle WE Riesling this Thursday. Looking...- alecia68
