    Hi guys how long does dragons blood keep for? I have noticed mine takes a big difference since last week not as fruity with a bit of a taste to it, I left them in the garden could it have been the sunlight?

    Hi there I have made pineapple wine, not overly pineapple tasting, it’s done fermenting, cal I back sweeten with day some more pineapple boiled with sugar? Or put more pineapple in now and sugar separate? Thanks

    Hi there am doing dragons blood well I ruined my first, not to worry. What is the 20 cups of sugar converted to kg? Also is there a rule of thumb for how much sugar to add to raise the ABV? Thanks

    Thanks... It was about 2 days before adding the sugar, I think my intention was to get the yeast going, am new to this. And the yeast was the Gervin one as that’s all I could get for the fruit wine

    Hi there my dragons blood has stopped fermenting, at 1020, added more sugar and yeast nutrient to bring it to 1030 but nothing is happening, I started at1080, and am in the secondary now. Any ideas? Ave heated it and tried that

    It was a kit, I actually can’t remember the step by step but I followed it I think 24 hrs with stabiliser and 2 days for finings, then I added sugar and left for nearly 2 days with air lock, and it was approx 18 litres.     Hi there started my dragons blood 40 hrs ago and nothing is happening, I used the yeast Gervin GV11 as that’s what I was recommended when I couldn’t get the 118 one. Also I didn’t have yeast energizer don’t seem to be able to get that in uk. What do I do now :po
