    That's pretty cool. I'm a space operations officer with the Army (part time) and do some pretty interested space stuff. I collected autographed books and a few other small things (wine bottles to whatever)

    Any thoughts on the pro/con of pouring must into a a brewing bag to catch the grapes and leave them in the must to ferment, vs letting them free float?

    I can personally attest that the bottle to the left is GOOD. That Nebbiolo is probably wonderful but the Montepulciano D'Abruzzo, particularly that brand, is awesome

    What's the best option for 25 gallons or less at a time? Is there a stainless steel fermentor or something that works well? Something actually rated for wine making, I mean. I dont mind trash can ops, but would like to look at options

    Noob bit off more than he could chew.

    I'm not retired and still wish I could just watch stuff ferment all day. I would spend my entire day punching down caps, inoculating, etc. Love it
