Hello, I'm new to this forum. We have 3 acres of mid west hardy vines of the Elmer Swenson and UM varieties. We sell most of the grapes and keep some for our own winemaking. I'm always looking for ways to improve my winemaking skills and look forward to learning from the forum. Thanks, Joe
