That would be nice!! There used to be a farm here that grew several kinds of grapes and apples and would even press them into juice if you ask them to. I would buy grape and apple juice by the gallon!

I wish there was a place to pick blackberry's here. I am itching to make Blackberry wine! Blackberry's are quit expensive in the stores here. I think my best option on Blackberry is a concentrate or just buy a wine kit.

Ya, some of the things that are done is hard to understand. There is a C*sey's Truck Stop in town and they always have Pizza by the slice and after so long of time they have to throw it away. I know a person that works there and I ask, Don't they let you eat it at break time? He said Nope...

TimmyT Welcome!! I also am a beginner. First batch was Apple from Frozen Concentrate. Second was Pineapple and now fermenting Blackberry. Cant tell ya yet what any of them taste like as there still aging!! I learned one thing, In this hobby you need a lot of patience! GOOD LUCK in all!!

Hate to hear that, Plum is one of my favorites. I was looking at the oodles of Sand Plum bushes at my sisters farm and not seeing anything that resembles a plum yet anyway!
