Yes I also tend to use frozen juices too! It is kinda hard for me to explain the Lemon juice being a newbie that I am but I like the Dragons Blood quit well. You can use orange juice or lime. It adds a tartness.

Temp and Sg will affect fermentation time, that's longer though than any wines I have done but my kitchen averages 76 deg. Good luck and keep us informed. I have had my eye on that kit.
