    Currently the temp in both carboys is at 71.4 and 71.2 However, I think it just reached that temp because it has been significantly warmer outside by finally hitting the 70's.

    Sorry about the 0 missing. It was an error on my part. I did add water to the concentrate directions. The only thing I added was the yeast. I haven't added anything else. I did have a heater wrap however the darn dogs chewed the corner and it stopped working.
