Same here, turn them upside down in a carboy holder until dry then store upright with paper towel in opening. When ready to use again swish with sanitizer
Started this last Thursday, SG 1.090 with 20 cups of pure cane sugar so I didn't add the honey. Rehdryated 71B with GoFerm Fri and pitched. Checked daily yesterday @ 1.010 and today @ .900 pretty quick I think (temps were around 76-78).
Well, those black berries had a ton of juice! I was only able to add about 4 gallons of water to get to 6 gallon level! I added my 12 lbs of sugar (my normal for DDDB) and my starting SG is 1.114. I'll see what it is tomorrow when I pitch my yeast
