Forced relaxation is really a gift from above - It takes me 2-3 days to unplug and realize the beauty of a place like you're going. Only then can I forget all the things that keep me occupied on a daily basis.

One would think that a guy with the name of Trevor would know that! :b

I don't see what a Clothing Manufacturer has to do with Wine Making... Please don't SPAM the list.

    Little accident

I'll echo another "ouch". The $15 isn't much, but getting every last shard of glass cleaned up will take a while...

    San Diego to NAPA

A day's drive from San Diego is Paso Robles - a good (wine) place to stop and get a tasting or two in. Plus, the 101 is a little more scenic than the I-5.

    Kit suppliers

Hi Neighbor! There is no replacement for the Toy Store. I'll second Label Peelers - With shipping they are very competitive - most Pacific NW Local Home Brew stores I've seen charge the list price plus and the product has been sitting around for a while.

    Fresh grapes vs Brehms must

Please post the highlights of your call. I live fairly close to Brehm's vineyards and have been getting that urge to graduate from kits into must.

    Cellar Craft and/or Mosti Vendors

I ordered the RJS High Tail Niagara Merlot from that place that others don't like to mention. Since I was out of the country, I asked them to hold shipment. I must say that things went very smoothly - the price and service were very good and I would order from them again. As for Mosti /...

Best things change now, rather than when construction starts! Best of luck with your endeavor.

    What R you doing today?

Been shoveling the wonderful *#@&% snow for the last week. @Boatboy24 reminded me of all my used bottles waiting for a lazy afternoon. Spent the time removing labels and wondering why I put the expensive ones on the bottles I was only going to drink. Looked nice at the time, but removing them...

    What R you doing today?

At the end of our move, we had a ton of packing paper and boxes which we tried to give away. Ended up renting a U-Haul to take it all to the recycling company. 440 lbs in all, for which I received a whopping $8.80. Best of luck with the move - It'll all be worth it when you stop saying...

    Kit deliveries during winter months

I have received two kits that arrived leaking. Both came from the same dealer and were shipped UPS. The packing was nothing more than a box just a little bigger than the kit box but no damage to the box was evident. They did replace the kit immediately. I too have received shipments when the...
