    Yeah, but how will this fare in July when temps hit 100 +!? My kits take 3-4 days to arrive and don't see this working too well in summer.

    Finer Kits Reds are IMO far superior to all others. I think the whites are on par with the RJS EP kits too. Definitely better than the lower and mid level WE kits. Wine Grapes Direct has nice frozen must options but are VERY expensive and Grapemust.com is 1/2 the price and includes free delivery!

    I do both methods depending on what I have on hand at the time. I do prefer this combo over just ColorPro.

    Using Llalzyme EX-V (enzyme) along with the Opti Red is a great combination that covers all attributes and better than just ColorPro IMO.

    Update!!! So it turns out that the LP website stating these yield 24 gallons was incorrect. They actually reconstitute to 15.7 gallons! So basically the are 7 L WE Classic kits only in a double size (14L) platform. Not the value we had thought. Once I made LP aware they have since corrected...
