Didn't MD used to have a purple colored flavor? In fact, it was the only flavor as far as I can remember... long time ago. Whatever flavor you choose to drink with the Spam, be sure to get a lot of it!

I used Lalvin 1116 yeast in mine... it came out semi-sweet with good alcohol content... I back-sweetened it for the XYL. HB

I know what you mean, OP. I bottled 12-750ml bottles and the rest went into the 'fridge. When we get some inventory built up... cough... cough... we may be able to bottle more of our batches. HB
