Hi Rocky I tried to make one batch of mead. I don't know what I did wrong but I could not get it to ferment. In hind sight I suspect that I may not have added enough water. I did make a three gallon batch of Blueberry mead. It is OK. I am sure it could be improved upon. William

Has anyone made a Blackberry/Blueberry wine? I have about 20lbs of Blackberries, and about 20lbs of Blueberries. I do not think that is enough to make 5 gallon batch of either. I am considering making one batch using both of them. I welcome all suggestions and advice. Thanks...
