The relationship with the owner, Steve, is worth the price of entry. I own it all, and love every tool he has to offer. The new bottle filler is exceptional. I recently added the filtering option, and my wine is crystal clear and polished. You won't go wrong.

I just bottled a FWK Sauvignon Blanc and it was dark but tastes great, just li,like, Matteo said it would. I can live with the darkness. I love the flowering bouquet.

The glass color looks great. I hope mine looks that good. Day 2 of fermentation and the yeast is slowing down. I'm assuming that's because of lower temps at night, 65 degrees.
