    How

No,that chart is showing the glucose level not the calories. They do claim 49 calories all over thier website. There are a few places that say by glucose but most do not.include that verbiage. They than go ahead and compare their 49 calories to the calories in sweeter wines with lots more...

    How

I've been messaging them and all the do is give me convoluted answers or not even address the original question.

    How

    Definitely misleading people though

    How

I found a calculator and just off the abv% it has 112 calories. They are full of **** and false advertising. 16.1 g of alcohol per 6oz serving 16.1 x7 (cal/g)= 112.7 cal of alcohol in 6oz

My brain isn't going to understand this but maybe you could make sense of it,lol

    How

So they are ommitting information. I messaged then and said pretty much exactly this yesterday. Theu probably won't respond. I said I know a dry wine naturally has low to zero sugar. How can this only have 49 calories and 11.5%? I wrote a little more but thays the jist.

I would think calorie is a calorie, no?

    How

It's definitely not a misprint. This is wha they claim. It doesn't make sense to me though. The only reason I'm curious is because we seriously cut back on alcohol to save calories and this would be a decent substitute if legit but it seems fishy to me.

    How

EDIT: based on a calculator I found. 11.5% alcohol in 6oz is 112 calories so they are falsly advertising. ----‐------------------ Hey all, I came across a production prosecco brut. They claim they are 43 calories per 6oz at 11.5% alcohol. How can this be possible. Syltbar is the brand. Thanks!

    Mosti Mondiale La bodega port

Turns out the entire thing may be a flop. My buddy had the kit in his basement for several years. The juice appears oxidized. I'm going to run it through and see what it tastes like

    Mosti Mondiale La bodega port

The silver bag is my concern. I'm not sure when that is added. The bag in the box is the bulk of it. The silver bag is maybe a half gallon.

    Mosti Mondiale La bodega port

Hi all, My friend Gave me a kit. The directions say to add the juice and raisens or the all grape pack. I have a bag labeled port style. What is that? Is that the all grape pack? I was going to mix it all up tonight but I'm not sure about this bag. Thanks!

    Bottling

Great insight. I just stirred in 1/4 tsp solution and with bottle tomorrow

    Bottling

I've been trying to stay conservative on kmeta. I had planned to bottle it a while ago. So I guess the answer is to add a 1/4tsp tonight. I'm always afraid to add too much kmeta. I guess I'll try to stick with the 3 month regiment.

    Bottling

I added 1/4tsp on 4/11 prior to the 9/11 addition
  18. V

    Bottling

If I filtered and added 1/16 tsp of kmeta on 9/11, do you think I can just bottle it tomorrow or should I add more k meta in solution form tonight and stir it in than bottle tomorrow. Most of the wine will be drank with in the next year or two. I may try to keep a couple for more time. Thanks!
