Dokki, I just completed a Moscato wine kit that I ordered from Amazon.com. It is a Paklab kit, not the best quality kit out there, but it turned out ok. I did back sweeten it though. Hope this helps you out, John.

Hope someone can answer this for me. Are the stainless steel tanks only used for bulk storage of wines or are they also used during the fermentation stages?

Just received latest issue of Winemaker magazine and saw advertisement for wine kits that some Wally World supercenters in Canada are now selling. Makes you wonder if the stores here in US are going to follow suit. Makes you wonder if it is true, what they say. You can find anything at Walmart!
