My wife just finished her Coffee Port and you really don't need to bulk age it, it is ready to drink right away. It really is a superb wine if you ask me. She's had a glass before bed every night so far, she already has another kit working!!

I also have some of this wine bulk ageing right now for about 4 months. I made this several years ago and it was one of the best kits I ever made. I entered it a few years ago in AWS competition and won Best Of Show For a Kit Wine. I'll make this one again and again.

Well after years of entering this contest I finally won!! I got the Gold for my Curious Cats label. I've had the editors choice a few times but never anything this cool. So glad I entered!! Anybody else get their labels in there?

It's also fun to see if you can find your own wine among the hundreds of bottles there!! If you did bring your own I don't think anyone would notice, I do see alot of tables with bottles on them so how would they know where it came from! Have a great time and best of luck. Dave
