Just bottled my concord and started a batch of apple. I have some grolsch beer bottles with swing caps... Currently enjoying the overflow that wouldn't fit in regular wine bottles. Not too shabby.

I would like to try a garlic or jalapeno wine... but I wouldn't want to make a big batch so I need to get some smaller jugs... Right now the smallest batches I've really made are 5 gallon...

They gave the dude I know a new kit because he added the f-pack at the beginning because he thought he was following the directions "if you have 2 of something add them all at once"... They sent him a new one. No guff... No signing away his life... Just mailed him a new one.

When you're done... I probably have 4 or 5 dozen bottles here that need washed too... C'mon over... lol

I'm planning to make an icestyle wine using all the 375s i've collected

My local wine shop just GAVE me a box of these bottles... Apparently they were holding them for someone else and they were two weeks late in picking them up... They were gonna throw them out so I gladly relieved them of their "burdensome junk in the way"! SCORE!!!

Yes. I know I did. I added it at each racking and one per gallon before bottling... It was awful.

The directions tell you to add water to the primary bucket to meet the volume requirements for primary fermentation. However, these mist kits don't need to be topped off after the f-pack is added. I have made a few of these kits and actually had extra wine that had to be pulled out before...
