We are on our second batch and it has become one of the wife's favorites. She finds it to be a decent early drinker. I am sure it would just improve with age but neither kit has lasted that long.

When bottling, I have ra ked to a gallon bottling bucket and that has worked really. well. Allows me to get almost every drop of wine and if careful when racking, no sediment.

I am szap from Rolla, MO. I have been making wine from kits for about a year now. Have made 7 kits from both winexpert and RJS (wife is not good at letting wine age.) With the exception of a white zinfandel all the kits made have been dry reds. I look forward to learning from the wine makers...
