I opened enough bottles to fill a 1 gallon glass jug. After only 15 mins. I had 1 1/2 of sed in the jug. I will be uncorking the remainingand let sit for a month before rebottling.It will make just a better looking Sangria.

It really taste pretty good for a summer time sit on the deck drink. Probably would let it sit awhile longer in the frig on fruit next time

I received mine last week and have been playing with water and have found that setting the vacuum between 3-4" works best. Doesn't fill as fast but does shut off easier.

I have a Sangria that I made from a Island Mist Black Raspberry Merlot. Ialso rasied the abv on this kit to 10.5%. Taste great but what appeared to be cleared when we bottled is now showing a lot of sediment in bottle. Can I filter this and re-bottle? Should I add additional K-Meta if I re-bottle?
