Excellent!! Appreciate the findings and your post!! I have had many great results from the Vintner's Reserve line...and great feedback as well from the bottles I have gifted... I'm not sure why this is but you may be on to something when you say it's what people are used to from buying...

The Trinity very good and is dry...more Sauv to the blend...The World Vineyard Moscato is excellent...no doubt there... If the Trio combines the two I think the outcome would be very nice!! I usually don't try LE wines just for that fact...but the Rielsing is gonna be bought for...

I'm not sure they are discontinued as our local has mentioned nothing to me when I asked about them... That said...no...I haven't tried it yet...I have a few more whites higher on my list!!

And?? Not sure about what you are wanting to get across?? WE whites are great no matter what size they come in :)

Both of those are on my list as well!! The Trinity White in the World Vineyard series is great...wonderful wine...so I would really like to try the Trio too!!!

Ah ya...but that's Saskatchewan...all booze is high LOL!!! Do you make Baron's?? I've made four of their varieties...3 for my wife (Lager, Pilsner, and Cerveza) and the one for me...she really liked all three...but she's a beer and clam girl so those mix up well :) I'm a dark beer...

;) Methinks your hubby should give it a go...taste mellowed a tad...has the dark chocolate after taste...slightly bitter...like 70% instead of 85%...

I've done the Diablo Rojo...it's labelled as off dry as well...I don't find it at all sweet...what I do find is in the after taste...almost like a toast and jam quality to it...especially the "no sugar added" variety...you could swear that it's there but its like an illusion LOL!!! Thinking...

I've made the WE one as well...only mine was done stock...love it!! Will be a regular on the rack!!

Damn BMac...I should have remembered that LOL!! My neighbor is actually doing the Mystic right now...I'm gonna grab the Enigma...we'll compare the wines this spring when they get back from Costa Rica...ahhh...to be retired :D
